Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine well. Add the eggs and almond milk, and mix well until you create a loose cookie doughâlike batter. To make each waffle, spoon about ¼ cup/60 g of the batter into a greased, preheated waffle maker, close, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until crisped up and cooked through. Re-grease as needed until you make 8 waffles. Transfer the waffles to a plate and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Store any leftover waffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
